The Society of Creativity Unlimited takes great pleasure in inviting you to a monthly talk series “Towards Light” starting with first topic on “The Turnaround of Bihar”. The Keynote address will be delivered by Mr. Pratyaya Amrit (IAS), Secretary, Road Construction Dept, Bihar and Managing Director, Bihar State Road Development Corporation, Bihar. The program is being chaired by Mr. Vinay Hardikar - A prominent intellectual, writer, analyst and originator of 3S Bharat initiative. Mr. Dnyaneshwar Mulay (IFS), Indian High Commissioner to Maldives will also address the audience.
